What do I need to supply?
Services, contact details, brand assets and materials you have permission to use. We review missing items before finalising the proposal.
When will it be ready?
Indicative timelines: Esencial, 2–3 weeks; Berguedà, 3–4; Signature, 4–6. Timelines are confirmed according to scope and availability. They start on the agreed date once the deposit, materials and access are available. Response delays and scope changes adjust the schedule.
Does it include maintenance or filming?
These are quoted separately. The website can start with existing materials; new production is agreed when needed.
Does a website guarantee sales?
The aim is to present your business clearly and make enquiries easier. Sales also depend on the offer, promotion and customer service.
How does payment work?
50% when you accept the quote and reserve the work; 50% when you approve the website, before publication or delivery of the final files. External costs are itemised separately before purchase.
Who owns and pays for the domain and hosting?
The client is the account holder and pays the provider directly. We prepare the configuration needed to publish the website. The provider, costs and renewals are specified before purchase.
How are later updates handled?
Later changes are quoted at €45 per hour excluding taxes, with a one-hour minimum and quote approval before work starts. No monthly plan for now.
What happens if there is an issue?
We initially review the issue to identify its cause. We correct our own errors against the approved scope at no additional cost. If an external provider is involved, we check what we can resolve through our configuration and explain what requires their intervention. New changes, additional work and external costs are quoted before proceeding.
What initial follow-up is included?
We include a weekly review of up to 30 minutes during the first 4 weeks after publication, with a brief report based on available data. We review visits, page views or enquiries only when they can be measured and verified. Missing data is clearly identified. New content is not included and commercial results are not guaranteed.
